You have been working with us since establishment, what made you choose us?

JETRO recommended several tax accountant firms to us at the time of our establishment, but we chose your company because your explanations were easy to understand, you fully understood the characteristics of our company as a subsidiary of a foreign company, which requires us to submit monthly reports in two languages to comply with the tax systems of Japan and our home country, and you had extensive experience in handling such matters.

Almost 10 years have already passed since establishment, and your company has grown considerably. How have our services been during this time?

I believe it is thanks to the Sakashita International Tax Accountant Co. that we have been able to grow to the point where we are now able to turn a profit and pay taxes, having received support from the very beginning of the difficult period of our establishment.

Please tell us about specific events that you were glad to discuss with us.

We received a high evaluation from our head office regarding the transfer pricing documentation “Local File” we requested from your company.
In addition, due to the integration of the parent companies during the period, the headquarters was changed from Germany to Sweden, which required modifications to the reporting procedure, but your company responded flexibly to these changes. Also, when we consult with your company when some new transaction or issue arises, you are helpful in providing us with guidelines to comply with the tax laws.

How was our firm’s support during the tax audit?

Your company was very helpful in dealing properly with the National Tax Agency during the tax audit.
The results of the investigation were very good, and the head office was very pleased because only minor points were raised.
